*Very Important Information, Please Read:
-We require a minimum of 2 weeks for production! So important if we are to deliver your sign in time for your event!
-Rush charges will apply if order is placed less than 2 weeks prior to the event. No changes may be made once guest list is submitted.
-All guest lists must be submitted on and follow the guidelines of our google sheets template which will be supplied to you.
-All other formats will require approval from Plume and Paper or lists will be return for corrections. Delays due to corrections will affect our production lead times, and therefore may result in rush fees.
-We charge a minimum 75.00 edit fee to reformat unacceptable files. If you are unable or unwilling to send proper files, an invoice will be sent for the charge for us to do it for you. This is a minimum of 75.00 but may be more based on how much rework is required.
-Handwritten scanned images will not be accepted under any circumstance.
-Misspelled names are solely the responsibility of the customer.
-Shipping is UPS only, or Pickup is available at our Smithville, Ohio Shop
-We make every effort to package your sign for safe transportation, but our liability ends when the shipper takes possession of your package. If your item shows up damaged beyond reasonable usability, please contact us with photos and we can try to help with a replacement.
-No Refunds or discounts will be given on custom printed items.
